Identity Documents

Government Issued National Identity card.

Passport

National driver's license

These documents must be valid in your country of residency and not be expired.

The document should display a clear photograph and the wording should be clear and legible.

The document must include, full name, nationality, date of birth, gender, place of birth, issuing authority. The identity number of the holder should be clearly visible.

Where information is held on both sides of the document, images of both sides must be provided.

Proof of address documents

A utility bill. Issued recently from a recognized utility provider (water, electricity, internet, gas, landline telephone (not mobile). The invoice should clearly show your name and address details and date document was issued.
A Bank statement. Issued recently from regulated bank or credit card provider. The statement should clearly show your name and address details and date document was issued.

Guidance for documents uploading

When uploading documents, please follow the guidance below.

Uploading hard copy documents:

Please upload using either a PDF format or a photograph, ensuring that all 4 corners of the document are captured. The uploaded document should be clear and all information must be clearly visible.

A screenshot from an online portal is also acceptable. The issuer should be clearly visible in addition to the account holder name and address and the date of the document (if available).
