Ordering a replacement card



Need to replace your card? No worries, just follow these steps:

1. Open the app and log in
2. Go to ‘Card’
3. Select your physical card
4. Tap ‘Manage’
5. Tap ‘Cancel card’
6. Select one of the reasons

Your card has now been canceled. To get a replacement card, you’ll need to tap ‘Get physical card’ in the ‘Card’ section of the app.

If you have any issues when requesting your replacement card, please click on ‘Contact us’ below to submit a ticket and get customer support.
